The Broker — The Short Version
Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection is relevant. It means the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a broker this new, that coverage is not narrow.
What You Trade On
Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Many pick one platform. Having both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders prefer it once they try it.
FIX API is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That should make the platform set once it is live.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Good for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for typical accounts. Skip it unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
The speed is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Regulation
This is the thing that matters. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does be part of how you think about it.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You put money in, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you commit.
